Article Twenty-Four: Events, Activities, and Fundraising

  1. The SAMC MFLWC events and activities will be in keeping with the SAMC MFLWC By-Laws in recognition of the SAMC MFLWC members.

  2. All fund raising activities will be conducted in accordance with federal, state and local tax laws.

  3. The SAMC MFLWC will conduct fund-raisers throughout the year in support of the local community, installation charitable events and the SAMC MFLWC. To include same expenses in support of said events. All fund-raisers will be approved before the event by contacting the MWR office at (573) 596-0131 extension 6-5367 for further guidance. Event approval will be forwarded in writing through the MWR office two (2) weeks prior to the fund-raiser if conducted on post.
