Article Nineteen: Dissolution
If SAMC MFLWC is dissolved, all funds in the treasury at the time will be used to meet any outstanding debts, liabilities, or obligations. The balance of these assets will be disposed of as determined by a majority vote of the membership.
No portion of the funds will be dispersed to any members of the SAMC MFLWC.
