Article Thirteen: Public Affairs Representative
The Public Affairs Representative is selected by the Chapter President and confirmed by a simple majority vote of the Executive Council.
It shall be the duty of the Public Affairs Representative to:
Chronicle and maintain the history of the SAMC MFLWC.
Coordinate and promote all publicity, advertising and protocol for the SAMC MFLWC.
Perform the duties of parliamentarian at all meetings, in the absence of the Secretary.
Coordinates with the local Fort Leonard Wood media for publicizing the support efforts and activities of the SAMC MFLWC towards community support and special events. At a minimum attempts to coordinates a quarterly article in the Post paper to further educate the community about SAMC MFLWC.
