Article Ten: Vice President
The Vice President shall be vested with all the powers of the President and in the absence or disability of the President shall perform the duties of the President. The term of office shall not exceed one year.
The Vice President is the principal advisor to the President on all matters concerning open nominations and elections for offices.
As awards chairman, the Vice President is responsible for conduct and administration of awards as determined by the Executive Council.
The Vice President shall also perform such duties pertaining to the operation of the SAMC MFLWC as the President may direct.
Assume the duties of the president should the office become vacant.
